1. Availability Requests
Submitting a plant inquiry, saved wishlist, or Design Studio configuration plan does not constitute a completed order or checkout. All inventory availability coordinates are processed manually by our Sparks coordinators to account for seasonal nursery stock fluctuations.
2. 30-Day Care Guarantee
We guarantee all plants leave our nursery greenhouse in healthy condition. Collections potted and placed in Reno/Sparks by our local gardeners include a 30-Day Guarantee. If a plant declines under proper watering and lighting conditions, we replace it free of charge. This does not cover structural freezing or neglect.
3. Local Delivery Limitations
Local hand-delivery is limited to our service boundaries (Sparks, Reno, Spanish Springs). If an address falls outside standard Washoe County delivery zones, we reserve the right to coordinate alternative pickup slots.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use our interactive Design Studio tool and contact portals solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Abuse of our simulation scripts or contact databases will result in IP blocking.
